Has anyone else had the issue with their home monitoring system keypad just randomly choosing whatever options it likes after inputting the code? For example I’ll punch the code, hit the check mark, and select home and it’ll arm away. Or I’ll select away and it’ll arm home etc. I can’t get it to reliably use the mode that I tell it to. App works great
That is bizarre. Have you tried changing the batteries to make sure there’s enough voltage going to that keypad? Did you happen to get a second keypad? And if so, does it happen with that one as well?
Also, you may want to try and delete that keypad, and then reinstalling it again to see if that helps. Otherwise, you may want to reach out to Customer Support.
