I believe my app automatically updated, and it made me re-select my subscription (Cam Plus), but ever since that moment my keypad and home monitoring system does not work. When I press home, away, or disarm, it just has a single flash but does nothing, and does not arm the system.
I have tried replacing the batteries, deleting my hub and re-adding it with my sensors and keypad. Still nothing. Nor does my hub or keypad show up in my app where I can see my pin, etc. as I could before.
I can arm the system from my app, but it is only monitoring the cameras, When I trigger the door sensors if it is set, it does nothing. Can anyone help with this?
I have the same exact issue. It started the moment I upgraded to Cam Unlimited. Hopefully we get a solution. Home Monitoring also no longer appears in my services tab on my account.
Just wanted to provide an update here. I reached out to Wyze support via chat and spoke to an agent that solved the issue. Apparently there was some sort of glitch in my order for Cam Unlimited that accidentally canceled my HMS and applied the remainder of my credit to the Cam Unlimited order. So she reinstated my HMS with my original annual rate and everything is back to normal. I can happily report that Cam Unlimited and HMS do work together. What caused the glitch? I have no idea, but support was great at finding the issue and fixing it. So if you’re still struggling contact support.
