My keypad won't connect to my Sense Hub

Reinstalling my Home monitoring system (Cam v3’s, sensors and hub.). All cameras and sensors connect properly to the hub. The keypad will not. I press the reset button on the back and wait for the Home button to flash. It never does. I’m subscribing to the $9.99/month monitoring plan. Pressing the Disarmed, Home, Away buttons do nothing.

Any ideas to fix this?

It’s a longshot, but try removing the batteries in the keypad for 60 seconds, reinstall batteries, retry pairing via the reset button:
