I don’t understand I don’t see the floodlight V2 free with the floodlight pro on Amazon.
Is that normal?

Nice to see a big sale, but there is no way I would purchase anything right now until the problem with the Cam Plus is fixed. So far - any new camera (that I know of) that gets set up will NOT work on Cam Plus for live Web View even though they will record events on the web. No progress on this since mid May ! If you can’t use it as described - why would you buy it. I currently have two new V3 cameras that are affected this way :frowning:

Hmm…that’s not happening to me. I have setup a few new cameras in the last couple of weeks (let alone since May) and they’re all live streaming on the web portal. I had a brand new one that I hadn’t set up yet, so I just now went and set it up just now, and pulled up the web portal and it is livestreaming on the web portal right now even though I just set it up less than a couple minutes before checking.

I’m not sure why yours aren’t working. What model in particular are you having problems with? Did someone from Wyze actually tell you that new cams aren’t working? From what I can tell all new cameras are still getting added and streaming. I can confirm that every new camera I’ve added in the last month is live streaming just fine. There must be something else happening for you somehow. That would definitely be frustrating though. Have you contacted support? What did they tell you? Do you have a support ticket number for that which you can post here?

Are you using the correct link to the web portal? They changed it a few months ago. You need to go to my.wyze.com/live now.

What can I say - The two cameras in particular are both V3 cameras with the latest updates. They are identical to my other V3’s. In fact, I purchased four at the same time and the two I configured before the release of the Monitoring Tab on the app are working just fine. The other two I did not connect until later in May simply will not Live stream on the web so it has to be something to do with the Live Web Portal or perhaps they were somehow modified when I tried to set them up after the change to the system at WYZE. Support gave me a bunch of things to do. I tried those attempts pon multiple occasions all to no avail. I have seen int he forum that others agreed they had the same issue with brrand new V4 cameras as well. Those were connected near the end of May also. One of my ticket numbers is: [Wyze Ticket 3962433] Finally - I use https://my.wyze.com/ to access the web and my other V3’s and BCP’s are viewable in both Events and Live Stream… I would truly appreciate anything you can do. If the new cameras are not an issue, perhaps I can get these two exchanged for new ones ? I don’t know what Wyze does on this…

Here is a screen shot of what happens when I look at the two cameras on the live web view. Just for clarification - I can indeed look at multiple cameras at the same time so the network is not the issue.

That is really frustrating. Sorry that’s happening to you. I’m going to ask about this in some backchannels. I don’t know if I’ll ever hear a response, but hopefully we can bring it to some people’s attention.

Another user (forexblue) even purchased a new camera to try and see if it would happen to him and sure enough he had issues. Since you can now add cameras, and I cannot get my two V3’s to work, I am wondering if somehow the Cam Plus system sees the Mac Address on my two cameras and has flagged them as something else. I have changed the names but cannot change the mca address to see if that would alleviate the issue.

I could have sworn yesterday I saw the sale for two Battery Cam Pro’s as being around $77 on the app. But when I clicked the link it was $98.98. Today I checked it again and it’s $98.98 on the app and $99.98 on their web page. What’s with that?!
