Best first move… do nothing.

Do nothing. That is exactly what I have done since I saw the current firmware upgrades were available.

Lies! If you “do nothing,” you’ll never know if something is actually wrong.
Looking on the forum and asking is more than doing nothing.

Otherwise, I might power cycle a single device (not everything), or my phone.
Just don’t ever have ALL your devices do the same thing at the same time. Don’t reboot them all at the same time; don’t update their firmware all at the same time, etc.
But I always say reboot… 3 times
Prudent.
Is there a persistent auto-update toggle you have to turn off on the iOS app? I thought I saw someone mention it yesterday.
Well said, and I seem to recall @Newshound, @R.Good and @HDRock as among the first to recommend as much years ago…

I have never seen any setting for Auto Firmware updates. I have the Auto Update for apps turned off because if an app is screwed up I can not go back to an older version on iOS unless I sign up to be an app tester on Apple.
If I tap the cam to live view and it says new firmware in the pop up box I just tap don’t ask me again and cancel. I read the forums to see how many members post problems before I do anything else.
Thanks @Seapup I never noticed it on my V3, V3 Pro or WCO cams before. I checked and all mine show off.
