Why I’m getting false alerts. Events are captured beyond detection zone. I tried to get help but it was useless .I have been using these cameras since this company was established . I tried every setting , now I am now very discouraged and thinking of dumping Wyze cameras ,

Have you tried reducing the number of Notification items you have selected?
Do you really need an Alert for Vehicles or pets? If not you might try Notifications for say Person only.
What cameras do you have? It would help to see your “Event Recording Settings”. Grab the phone screen and post it here. Hard to visualize “tried every setting” …
Just because you see green box doesn’t mean, it triggered the recording. There might also be motion within the detection zone.
And this is your first post in 2025? Sounds like you’ve had good luck for many years. Impressive.

I can try unchecking “Pet” .
Can I uncheck “Motion” - I did uncheck notification for motion, I don’t get alerts but it shows on events but I set the filters not to show on events,
The Detection zone, captures event out of detection zone , even tried to reduce the sensitivity . The AI with subscription is not very intuitive , gives lots of false alerts . I feel like wasting my money on subscription

Motion Tagging for that single frame indicates that it’s touching or encroaching upon your Detection Zone:
If you watch the event video, as the motion triggering that event changes from frame to frame, that green box should move, expand, and contract, and at some point it probably visibly crossed the line into the Detection Zone. You might want to try enlarging the excluded (grey) area to give the Detection Zone more of a buffer.
You’re seeing the Customize Detections screen and the Other Motion line because on the previous screen you have selected All Events instead of Smart Detection Events. When you have Smart Detection Events selected on the Event Recording screen, this option changes Customize Detections to Customize Recordings and the Other Motion line becomes unavailable. What happens if you navigate in the app to select your Cam Pan v3’s Settings ➜ Event Recording ➜ Smart Detection Events and also maybe set a Detection Zone ( Settings ➜ Detection Settings ➜ Detection Zone)? That might be tricky unless you’re primarily using your Cam Pan v3 as a stationary camera. (I don’t, so I haven’t ever used Detection Zones on my Cam Pan v3s.) Some more detail about how you’re using your camera and what you’re trying to accomplish might be helpful.
