I had my cameras completely miss someone walking across the lawn - AFTER IT HAD SNOWED. These things are becoming useless.

Why… Dont waste your time… If 900 people are on hold with the same issue… And ALL those who have read this and are sitting tight…

Have 2 AG cameras working normal, But all my V2 and V3 cameras are out since midnight PST. Consequently all my door and motions sensors that are connected via bridge to the cameras are out! NOT GOOD!

I have one camera still streaming - kinda funny with everything else being down.

The problem is not AWS it’s Wyze [image] A Wyze outage is cutting off people’s access to their security cameras If you have Wyze cameras, your device may be offline.

I finally spoke to chat support. They are aware of the issue and working on it with no ETA at this time. I"ve also uploaded the screenshots of the chat convo to show the link and the response. My two cameras just came back online. I’m in CST.

Seems like site is back up but I can’t re-install my cameras. Finally just got my cameras back up. 12:25 PM

Cameras back online in NC. Going to replace them with Kasa anyway.
