Still trying to revive my Sense Hub, which has been out of service since April 24th.
Basic power cycle isn’t doing it.
I don’t know if it’s supposed to respond to pings, but pinging the address the app says should be in use is timing out.
So I’m thinking about the harder-reset solution (hold the reset switch > 30 seconds). But that’s reported to wipe knowledge of connected devices.
Since the app theoretically has the mac addresses for all of these, is there any way to just reassert the configuration from the app? Or do I have to commit to running around the house pushing all the “learn connection” buttons again?
