It’s been years now. What the heck Wyze? Why aren’t they a different color yet? Or am I missing something?
What on earth are you talking about?
Wyze has thus far only extended the updated UI to the newer cams. The newer cams show motion and AI event icons on the SD card playback timeline.
We believe that Wyze will be extending the same UI to the older cams as well, but that hasn’t happened yet.
But there is no public plan to have different colors on the timeline for any cam as far as I am aware.

Thanks, that’s what I’m looking for, A simple way to find my motion events as I scroll through the timeline. I guess it still hasn’t happened. Bummer. I have a swann system as well and it’s a big time saver when looking for the motion events. This past weekend we had a criminal breaking into cars and trying to locate my footage was a pain in the butt on the Wyze.

Why not just use the filters in the Events tab so that only the motion events show and then clicking the Playback there to go straight to that time on the SD Timeline?

Do you have Cam Plus or Cam Plus Lite? All of my v3 cameras are on Lite. I rarely go to the SD card timeline because most times swiping left and right through Cloud Event videos is enough for me to see what is going on.
