If I am on the same network as the cameras I cannot access them. However on cell and wifi I can access it without an issue. I’m on iOS 8 beta dev 8 as well on the newest Wyze app. Any assistance would be amazing it happens on Wyze 3 2 and doorbell 1 cameras. I am using iPhone 14 Pro Max on Canadian bell network and Cogeco home internet if it matters.

When you say it works on wifi you mean wifi that isn’t the same as the cams?
Probably something you need to report to apple, there seem to be several complaints here regarding IOS 18 betas, which is understandable as betas have bugs, that’s the nature of the beast.
Sounds like it is blocking local communication, possibly a security feature that needs to be refined, but it is allow communications via the wyze servers and internet Does IOS 18 have some sort of always-on VPN or anything that would block local communication?
Not that I know of. Security is normal and started happening when I did the upgrade. Wifi anywhere else works this is correct. Apple is not much help since they say it’s pre release.
Now that I saw it local Wyze needs to be allowed on to communicate. Once I saw and enabled it it now works. Settings local Wyze clicked on.
Probably a new feature of IOS 18, I’m not familiar with it. Must be some sort of firewall or proxy that default blocks local communication.
