I have 7 v2 cams and PanCams and everything has always worked well. I upgraded to iOS 13.2 last night and now i am not getting any notifications on my iPhone 11 Pro. The cams are recording events as shown in the app but my phone and my wife’s are not getting the typical push notifications when motion is detected as it has many times before the upgrade. Has anyone else experienced this?
I have deleted the app and re-installed, turned off notifications and re-enabled but with no luck. Any suggestions?
Guys, seems to be a huge problem not related to iOS version. All over facebook in core and beta groups and on reddit. I’ve tagged some Wyze folks on threads and haven’t heard anything back yet. Hopefully it’s being worked on @UserCustomerGwen
Thanks, I’ve been restarting, reinstalling, rebooting “reeverythinging” this morning till I checked here. Glad it’s not just me, I assume Wyze is aware and working to correct.
I don’t think it’s an IOS problem because I also stopped getting notifications on my android tablets. Even the ones with the old app that still has hardware acceleration. All notifications stopped for me today,. Through yesterday I got contact sensor notifications fine and today nothing on any device.
Same here, no notifications from the Wyze app but all other apps are working fine. I just updated to IOS 13.2 beta 4 last night and the issue began for me. So not sure if its IOS related or since android users are experiencing this problem too if it’s a wyze app issue.

4 Wyze V2’s with 4.9. 4. 169 and one Pan cam 4.10.3.169. None are reporting notifications on IOS devices with 13.2. Blink cams and Nest cam working perfectly. Seems to be a Wyze server issue.
