If you’re describing a firmware update to your Window Cam, then the only update for that product that I’m aware of so far is what was released earlier this month. There is a process for flashing older firmware versions onto some Wyze Cams, and that usually involves downloading the desired firmware package from the Release Notes & Firmware page, but I haven’t seen this kind of thing extended to Cam OG or Wyze Cams based on Cam OG (which Window Cam seems to be), and no downloadable firmware is currently available in the section for Window Cam.
This would be a good general topic for discussing Window Cam. If you want to discuss a specific issue or issues that you’re experiencing, then it might be best to create a new topic in the Cameras category with a window-cam tag so that you can go into more detail, and you’re welcome to do that. If you’d prefer, I could also “Reply as linked Topic” so that we can try to address the issue(s) in a separate topic without going too far astray from this one.

I like this idea! Do you have a link or more information about a specific product that you’ve used or like for this purpose? I’m interested to learn how well something like this holds up with long-term use.
