Mine seems to be, too, especially since I rewired my mechanical chime after discovering that the original wiring had been reversed on the terminals, probably at the time the house was built.

That’s a good point and should be apparent from watching the unboxing/setup video, which also illustrates that the new Wi-Fi Chime is a separate device setup (separate Wi-Fi connection) and apparently becomes available as its own device within the Wyze app (if I understand correctly).
