Awesome video and audio!
I think that is a Marten correct?
Side question: What do you think Wyze will call their Bird AI? Feather Finder? Bird Hub? Beaks N’ Stuff?
If Wyze continues their trend of low cost to consumers, then why not Cheep?
It’s good, huh?
Wow… it’s right there and I didn’t see it. Cheep. Perfect.
Yep, Good ‘N’ Cheep AI
That’s actually brilliant, especially if they price it really low compared to competitors. Having a homophonic play on words would be great.
Yes, of course it is! Consider the source!
While I do think it’s a good idea, I’d actually be surprised if no one had ever suggested it before, because it seems like a no-brainer, but I guess people often do overlook the obvious.
@WyzeMatt is this going to be the name of your new Bird identification subscription? It should be
Birdz
This is one is pretty cool and probably is better in terms of Marketing the term. Although, Cheep is still brilliant.
Why not Byrdz, with a “y” like “Wyze”, or even Byrdze with an “e” on the end (though that’s getting unnecessarily long)?
I like it… we are getting closer. @WyzeJasonJ - You can send all our pay for doing your marketing brainstorming to me. I will distribute to the others.

Cheep is still brilliant.
I’m still partial to that one, because I think it’s apt and also has a cheeky fun factor, kind of like some of Wyze’s older video marketing. I can imagine the goofy cowboy from the Switch video starring in an ad about bird watching. He seems like a nature lover, and I can hear him talking about how Cheep is “for the birds” (but not for the birds).
I like this one too! Lots of great options.
If it’s to Analyze birds, it could also be something Birdalyze or Birdyze which also looks similar to Wyze and combines bird and Analyze.
- FlockFinder?
- BirdVision?
- OrniSpyze (Ornithology = study of birds, plus Spy implying keen observation and identification of the bird species, plus looking like Wyze on the end)
Not saying I like those better than the previous suggestions, just spit-balling.

OrniSpyze
I kinda like what that idea conveys. I’d offer something like AIvian (AIvian
) or AviAIn (AviAIn
), but then you have to be careful with typeface selection so the “I
” doesn’t end up looking like a “l
”, so I think that’s getting too complicated. Keeping it simple, something people can grasp easily, is probably best. (That’s what seems to work best for my , anyway.)
I wonder if they’d go back to the lab with John O’Hurley for that.
I have more birds now. I checked the seed today and it was very wet and starting to rot on the bottom. The seed tray is not draining properly. The seed in the tray is clumped and blocking the outlet. I am goung to try a different seed mix to see if it affects circulation.
When some seeds get wet, they plump up.
