In the meantime I’m giving up on the leak sensors. Have deleted 8 of them and replaced with Moen Flo sensors which will not only alert me but also shut off my main water supply when they sense a leak.

Waiting for an answer as well. Just bought leak sensors and this was a frustrating, completely unintuitive experience when one went off tonight and could not pause audible alert from hub!
I modified my Home Sense Hub with a toggle switch to turn off the speaker (alarm). This won’t help anyone with a Hub at a remote (vacation home) location. I’ve not seen any movement from Wyze on updating the app to support alarm management. Note that I would also like to see them add support for other sensor/actuators to actually turn off water when a leak is detected (maybe we can get a programmer to write a Raspberry Pi bridge to Zigbee or other protocols).
I suggest everyone look at YoLInk. They have leak sensors, water control valves and other sensors, plus they are long range. I use my speaker hub, sms and email for alerts. They work well and also function with Home Assistant, via the cloud.
