Image quality has decreased. Purple

Bought WYZE CFV v.2 .
After two days of use, installing microSDHC 32 Gb, updating to version 4.9.4.37, the image deteriorated sharply.

How to return high quality images?

This looks like a stuck IR filter. You can try moving a strong magnet around the outside of the housing to see if you can unstick the filter, but the camera will probably need to be replaced. For that, you’d need to submit a support request. In the app: Account > Help & Feedback.
