Would love to see few features in outdoor cam. 3x to 5x optical zoom. Actual 1/8 output jack to connect amplified speaker, maybe even our own external mic.
Some software features would like for the current panning cams, ability to add no pan areas. On pan cam improve tracking performance.
I havr both the fixed and pan models, the fixed cameras I find work the best with tracking. Both models work good, but a fixed camera never misses a thing.

At this time, Wyze does not have any specific plans for a next version (V3) Wyze Cam. This wishlist topic is to collect requested features and ideas for the V3 camera, if and when a decision is made to develop it. It is intended that this be a collection of requested features that Wyze has indicated are not possible due to limitations of the current hardware.

We’ve been working on the outdoor camera with our manufacturer! We’re still in the design phase though so we don’t have any dates or promises to give yet. Some people have requested solar power but we probably won’t be able to make that work with the first version. We are investigating battery power though.
