I have a floodlight camera v2. Google home shows the camera but no picture . It spins like it is buffering and nothing happens. I really like the camera but will return it if I cant link it with google home. Please help.

It appears that you’ve already done that. Viewing the stream within the Google Home app is another matter, and I’ve tended to have inconsistent results over time when trying to stream Wyze Cams within the Google Home Android app. Sometimes some cameras would stream into the app, and other times most would not. I think a lot of that has to do with back-end changes Google seems to frequently make with Home, and it seems like those changes have accelerated in recent months. (Wyze is guilty of unannounced back-end changes, as well.) My understanding is that iOS users have an even worse experience trying to view any Wyze Cams within the Google Home app.
Even so, I’ve had better results with the Wyze Cams in the Google Home app than I have with Tapos. I have a couple of those that the Google Home app can see but won’t stream within the app, though they will stream on connected TVs and other displays.
Are you able to view the Cam Floodlight v2 as expected within the Wyze app? That’s always given me the best viewing experience for Wyze Cams.
Are you able to view the Cam on Google Home connected displays? Even when I’ve been unable to view my Wyze Cams’ streams within the Google Home app on my phone, I’ve still been able to view them on a Google Home Hub, a television running Google TV, and a Google Chromecast HD connected to another TV. Your screenshot appears to show a Sony TV that’s linked to you but apparently not assigned to that home. If you assign it to that home and a room, can you view your Cam Floodlight v2 on that device?
Have you tried tagging it as a favorite device in GH app. I’ve had some success (limited) tagging cams as favorites to view livestream. There is history with Wyze cams not connecting and livestreaming in the GH app.
