I can’t access to my Cam from my phone outside of my house. Help.
It only works in my house when I’m connected to the Wi-Fi network.
Are you using a Xfinity XB7 . Long read: Short version is if you have an XB7 get a XB8 or purchase your own router.
I forgot to add, make sure you give the WYZE app permission to use Cell Data on your device.
I have 7 Wyze cameras, V2 and V3. A couple of months ago, I did an update on them and since then, I can no longer livestream when I am away from home without restarting each camera.
