Is there any way to download old firmware? All my v2 cams and v1 doorbell won’t connect unless I’m at home on my local wifi network. All my older v1 cams connect no problem. Seems this started occurring after last update.

I do not believe it is a firmware thing. If you look at the numerous amount of post in this forum you will see that it is happening to many members with all types of cameras.
It has not happened to me yet, I can view all of my cams from anyplace I have a cell signal.

Yup. Have not been able to view off my home network nice mid February. Kind of defeats the purpose of having cams to monitor my home when I’m not there. Got the yes we know there is an issue. It’s in development for a few weeks now. Sigh guess I’m gonna have to find a new cam/viewing system. Too bad because I did love Wyze and suggested them to everyone.

Well that’s an extremely odd coincidence… Wyze had a major security breach (from internal control failures) in mid February and that’s also when you suddenly started having problems connecting to your cameras remotely?
Eh, I’m sure it’s completely unrelated and not a case of overcompensating for server issues by clamping down on legitimate user authentication…
