Assuming you have it attached to the Duo Doorbell, you would control the Volume via the App by entering the Doorbell Live Feed and going to settings, then Chime
THANKS FOR REPLY,NO i DON’T HAVE DOORBELL only CAMERAS,WAS WORK FINE THEN i deleted FROM THE APP,NOW ASKED FOR FACTORY RESET.
Then you go to Devices, find the WiFi Controller and open it. Once Open, you will see the Volume control on the main page.
BTW: You capitalized everything. Hope you are not yelling.

When pressing the reset button on Wyze Chime, please release it once the chime status light quickly blinks 3 times, and observe if the reset button bounces back.

This is the WiFi Chime I have, which came with the Duo Doorbell
The side picture is the button you need to press.
Can you take a picture of the top as well?
That does not look like a Wyze Chime. Where did you get it from?

There is no new model. The link I sent is to the only wifi chime provided by Wyze.
Some of the other doorbells came with a chime, but none looked like that.
Researching the model of the one you provided, looks like it is Secrui brand. Not Wyze.

I cannot speak to that as I am not an employee of Wyze. From what I understand is that Wyze is a US based company that uses products from other countries, like China, to augment their product line.
However, Wyze has not released a WiFi chime until recently. The only chime that will work with Wyze is the one I provided above.
I also did a quick search on Wyze and Securi and this was provided:
