As has been said TikTok adds money to reduce cost IF you buy from them.
I will not buy from TikTok so I will not get the TikTok discounts. It is kind of that simple.
I do not expect Wyze to match TikTok pricing that is discounted by another company for that company does their discounts for their reasons…

So far the unauthorized payment is still an issue and at this time I am being refused a refund on a subscription that was cancelled last year. It appears I have to.pay for this company’s sloppy book keeping.
Can anyone tell me if I have to pay for this subscription for the rest of my life??

You haven’t indicated if you actually spoke to a support representative. If you have, and if you have a support ticket number you can share, we can ask that the case be escalated for further review. That’s about all we can do here as forum volunteers.
Another option is if you are being charged for something you didn’t approve, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I am being charged for a 4 camera US subscription. That was supposed to be cancelled by a support work last year.

Loki… it’s been since May 19th this was supposed to be reviewed… Any word from WYZE? No surprise that they won’t own their mistake ! Wyze management’s ability to stick their head in the sand is astounding !!!
No my fault for allowing them to access toy account. Looking on the bright side 9 months until I get a new camera system
May 19th you said you would ask for case to be reviewed…. TicTok (pun intended), if I had to guess, you did what you said you would do. WYZE is running away for this like is a live grenade. They messed up and will not own it. I’ve yet to order from WYZE since (even though they have given discount coupon) and I have as a consultant advised customers not to use WYZE. I’ve always found you get back what you put out. Sad and so very unnecessary.
I did submit it and Wyze did escalate the case. Unless i’m asked, I don’t generally follow up and assume that Wyze took care of it.
I will send you @cdsobczak a PM with the response that Wyze provided.
