I have heard of many TikTok deals.

As has been said TikTok adds money to reduce cost IF you buy from them.

I will not buy from TikTok so I will not get the TikTok discounts. It is kind of that simple.

I do not expect Wyze to match TikTok pricing that is discounted by another company for that company does their discounts for their reasons…


Wyze took subscription money out of my PayPal account that they are not authorized to to.

Go to Customer Support site. Click the chat icon at bottom right and enter “agent”. Continue following the prompts to be given the correct phone number for you location and issue.


just keep naggigng, open new ticket and they will eventually respond.
they may be busy fixing bugs.
a word “chargeback” seems to speed things up


So far the unauthorized payment is still an issue and at this time I am being refused a refund on a subscription that was cancelled last year. It appears I have to.pay for this company’s sloppy book keeping.

Can anyone tell me if I have to pay for this subscription for the rest of my life??

You haven’t indicated if you actually spoke to a support representative. If you have, and if you have a support ticket number you can share, we can ask that the case be escalated for further review. That’s about all we can do here as forum volunteers.

Another option is if you are being charged for something you didn’t approve, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company.

This is getting stupid

What part do the support work do not understand.or are they trained to deny refunds.I keep getting different people answering say no refunds

  1. I have a 2 Camera Canadian subscription

  2. I am being charged for a 4 camera US subscription. That was supposed to be cancelled by a support work last year.

  3. Wyze took, an unauthorized payment for the 4 camera US subscription.

How hard is this to figure out???
