I have never been so frustrated with a company. I placed a $500 order on November 28 and I have tried multiple times to try and contact customer service via phone. After being on hold for 60 minutes the phone system automatically cuts off. This has happened so many times I have lost count. I am going to report Wyze to my Visa credit card company for fraud if no one addresses my concerns. The live agent chats are useless as they have no information on your order other than to say it has been “processed”. Can’t give you a tracking number or give any date as to when your order will be shipped despite MULTIPLE requests! Worst customer service ever.

Yes, thank you for your suggestion though. I have tried everything including sitting on hold - and their phone system cuts you off after 60 minutes and you have to call back - to live agent chats to emails. The agents all say the same thing “order processed” but no one can give me a tracking number. I had the same thing happen late July but that time at least a supervisor finally escalated the matter and was told it was a “glitch” in their system and then re-sent the order. That time the order went missing at about the 10 day mark. This time it has been 24 days and nothing. Very frustrating.
I feel your pain. I went through the same circus routine a week ago. I also made an order 11/28/24 but I got a tracking number which never changed status. After numerous emails they finally said the gray V4 was out of stock and asked if I wanted a white or black one. They finally sent a black V4 on 12/17/24.
I only buy Wyze cameras from a brick and mortar Home Depot store or from Amazon. Never had a problem getting what I wanted and never needed customer service.
