Anyone else have issues with the site today when placing their order? Mine failed but I have a credit card charge pending.

- Placed your order on launch day, and
- Payment processing was successful, and
- No confirmation screen was received with an order number immediately following your order submission.
unfortunately, Wyze most likely has no record of your order in their system due to a glitch. You need to contact customer service either by phone, service request via the Wyze app or service request via the Wyze website. I encountered the same problem and I chose to log into the Wyze website for my request and attached a screenshot of my credit card charge details to help expedite the process. They notified me that the amount was refunded back to my card (4-5 business days) and suggested that I reorder.
