Failed Order: Outdoor Camera

Anyone else have issues with the site today when placing their order? Mine failed but I have a credit card charge pending.

  1. Placed your order on launch day, and
  2. Payment processing was successful, and
  3. No confirmation screen was received with an order number immediately following your order submission.

unfortunately, Wyze most likely has no record of your order in their system due to a glitch. You need to contact customer service either by phone, service request via the Wyze app or service request via the Wyze website. I encountered the same problem and I chose to log into the Wyze website for my request and attached a screenshot of my credit card charge details to help expedite the process. They notified me that the amount was refunded back to my card (4-5 business days) and suggested that I reorder.
