Over 2 weeks ago I placed an order. My credit card was charged. My account shows payment pending. I’m trying to contact customer support to get the details on my order. Nothing. No response to emails. Anyone else having these issues?

Thank you. I called and it looks like the issue is on its way to resolution. Something in the order process did not go through. Actually, when I placed the order I clicked on the credit card option. That failed to process. Then I chose the PayPal option and that worked.
