Outdoor Cam-Order not Delivered

Can customer service please get back to me as I am not getting a resolution as to why my amWyze account states my new Outdoor Starter Bundle arrived on 12/5 when it was never delivered! My Wyze Online order history does NOT give aNY Shipping Tracking number so I can track the package! My emails have been largely ignored!
