Home system no longer working when changed accounts

Last year I helped my parents set up the Wyze Alarm system devices at their cabin and linked all the products to my Wyze account. This included the Hub, Key pad, two Door Sensors and a Motion Sensor. Last fall they decided they wanted to move these products to their own account to manage.

After removing all the products from my account and de-activating the home monitoring plan, we set all the products up on their account, however we are unable to set up the Home Monitoring function. We cannot arm the system or set up a pass code. It’s like the functionality to use this system as an alarm system is no longer available.

What can we do to properly re-link these products to their account?

Do they have a Home Monitoring subscription on their account?
