Was wondering if anyone else has had issues with the battery backup in the Home Monitoring Hub not working correctly?
One time I unplug it to test and immediately goes off.
Other times, unplug receive the on battery backup and then about 3-5 second later it shuts off.
I haven’t experienced this issue.

phone support is typically faster however this isn’t always true due to fluctuation in the amount of calls.
I have and have two tickets open currently. Had an issue with the one in my original order and they sent a warranty replacement very quickly. Swapped it and tested it again and have a similar issue. Almost as if the battery is not working correctly (not charging, not connected, etc?)
Was just wondering if anyone else has had the same or similar issue?
