After pre-ordering the Home Monitoring Core Starter Kit and annual subscription I got my kit this week. Where do I find my activation code? I didn’t see anything in the shipment or in my emails. Where is it found?
I was able to get a code after chatting with support. There is suppose to be an activation code sent via email around the time the kit ships. I searched multiple times and did not find an email anywhere (spam, deleted, etc.). I don’t know if others have this issue but I am pretty certain the email did not get sent to me. Check with support if you don’t find one.
I am off and running with the set up now.

Me, too. Kit arrived. The email link just takes me to a sales link. Chat with customer support did nothing. Pretty aggravated and I am a huge Wyze fan. But this is not cool.
