Has anyone else who received the monitoring kit not received the activation email? My kit arrived on the 23rd, and I did get an email that it arrived from Wyze on that day, but oddly still getting emails my preorder will arrive soon. After a couple days I finally contacted support, and initially got a generic reply no different than the faq, and then no reply from them since, other than automated sorry we’re slow and your ticket is still open. Yes, I checked spam, over and over. Yes, I searched for the email.
Search the forum…many such posts. Unfortunately, Wyze support is notoriously hard to reach. The most effective way is by phone, but you’ll need to wait on hold.
