Been trying for 3 days to activate my free 3-month trial. No one can find my order. I spent at least 4 hours waiting on the phone for answers. My hub is set-up and working. Despite having provided my email and Order Number several times the Wyze technical support cannot find my order. After every call they promise to activate my service but it never gets done. If it’s not done today I’m sending all their stuff back for a refund. Disgraceful!!!

Curious where you purchased your HMS from? Wyze storefront, Amazon, HD, other?
In the past, I have seen codes provided in the box and also part of when you order the device via Wyze.
