Help with sprinkler controller

I need help !!! With a sprinkler controller !!! Does anyone know how to reset it. I got half way and it’s stuck. It works when I do it manually, but not in the app. [MOD EDIT]

There is a reset button on the back marked reset.

I think you have to hold it depressed for a certain time, try 5 seconds or more.
