Once again the Wyze website and google says the controller is compatible with Alexa but I can’t get Alex to open and or find the controller. Can anyone tell me how to get to working in detail. Thanks. Again the Wyze overseas people can’t seem to help.
Alexa says Garage Door is not Calibrated but it is in the Wyze app
I’ve installed the garage door opener. The Wyze app sees it and it says it calibrated correctly. On the video there is a little red box around the QR code so I assume the controller sees it. However, there’s no open or close garage door status on the Wyze app. I have Cam Plus service? I can open and close the garage door fine using the Wyze app.
My Alexa app with the Wyze skill sees the garage door and it appears in my Alexa devices. However, it says the “Device is unresponsive.” on the Alexa device list. When I try to open or close the garage door via Alexa, it asks me for my pin, then says it not Calibrated
I have read here that Alexa and Wyze are currently having problems working together. My question is whether my problem is with the Alexa/Wyze issue or else something I am doing wrong. Any insight will be appreciated.
