Hi - 3 days away and 6 early v2 and 1? cams, 3 in 2 different locations each. won’t load live view: just trying to connect “dots”. The event recordings show recent stills proving some level of operation. No connection = no SD access, I’ve done all attempts to power off/on, I know wifi works both places, tried checking all newer app options, and all firmware and app are current. I’m away so can’t unplug/reinitialize but all 6 shouldn’t fail at once; any ideas?
You could try switching between LTE and Wi-Fi on your phone or lowering the stream quality from HD to SD to see if one connects. If someone at either location can power cycle the router, that often fixes multiple cams at once. At least your events are still recording, so the cameras themselves aren’t offline.
Also, you can check each camera’s Wi-Fi signal in the app under Device Info. If the signal looks weak at either location, that could explain why live view isn’t connecting, even though events are still uploading.
Thanks - won’t be able to reset routers for a while; can’t change from HD on individual. cam page as it won’t connect (I couldn’t find any such choice in phone settings). It seems being on site and resetting everything is my only hope. ‘Still don’t understand the same issue at 2 different locations… otherwise maybe deleting/reinstalling app but I won’t have time for a while.
Short update: Forgot to check via Ipad which isn’t used much, but live feed works there.. narrowed down to phone/app problem
Reinstalling or clearing the cache might fix it. ![]()
