Battery Cam Pro Not Connecting For Live View

My Battery Cam Pro cameras will not load for Live View. They were all working two days ago but this morning I tried to view a live feed on my phone and on the web with no success. I keep getting a failure to connect. All three of them will record events which can be seen on the web or on the phone, however the live feed comes up with failure to connect. I did a service reset, turned the cameras off and back on but still cannot get them to connect to live view. Note - My other cameras will show live feeds so the problem just started within the last day and only affects the battery cams !

Not sure what was done. Perhaps a response to my submitting a report when offered the option from the cameras, The good news is that all three affected cameras are providing a live feed once again. Thank You !

Wyze is testing code live, on production servers. Most of the time, there’s no disruption. But sometimes an errant code results in something unexpected. Like this.

The other evening, all of my “Favorites” tab camera groups vanished, only to reappear approximately 30 minutes later.

Yesterday the app was flip flopping between the old and new interface for about an hour. Also, for the last couple of days I had to turn notifications off on one of my cameras as every passing car outside detection zone gets tagged as person. I wish they find a way to test their backend without affecting end users.
