Anyone have an issue with their headphones dying? got these for Christmas last year so they’ve worked for 11 1/2 months, now nothing, green charge light comes on but nothing, right power button nothing, left button 7 seconds nothing, hook a cord to my phone i can hear but they just wont power on. Got them through the wyze store on Amazon so i think Wyze will just say i’m screwed.
It happened to me once.
Hold the power button (round one between the small LED and jack) for very long (15+ seconds).
The same procedure also worked another time where only one side was working.
After a week didnt hear back from wyze so they went into the garbage and i went back to Bose. I dont know how practical $81 headphones were when i got 11 1/2 months out of them
