A gift card for 12 months of Wyze Cam plus was given to me.
When signing up and attempting to use the gift card, I am still being asked for credit card billing info. I realize my credit card will not be charged. However, the reason for the gift card was so I wouldn’t have to enter credit card info. Is there a way to bypass this?
If not, looks like a total waste of a gift card. Very disappointed how Wyze has this set up.
What about getting a Visa pre-paid card (if you don’t want to get Wyze your main credit card number)? I agree, you should not have to get a pre-paid Visa just to use a Wyze gift card.

I’ve seen other situations where a credit card is the only acceptable method and not a pre-paid card.
A couple of my credit cards have disposable numbers that you can expire yourself or put on a lock. They may be referred to as virtual credit cards. They even use security codes.
I use them all the time. Some I use only once. Some I use and lock for when I unlock to use it again.
