Allow Wyze gift card to be able to be used for purchasing Wyze services.

I have a friend with a Wyze camera who I wanted to gift Cam Plus Services too. The only solution I can find that might work was to purchase a Wyze gift card for him.

Before doing this I opened an online chat with Support to ask if the Wyze gift card could be used to purchase Wyze services.

I don’t know if there was a language barrier issue or it was just something not covered in their book of response scripts, but the support person advised in broken English that, no, “the Wyze Gift is only for the product”.

Wyze should figure out a way to allow this. It is blocking a sale.

If it’s true that Wyze Digital Gift Cards can’t be used to purchase a subscription, it should be clearly stated so on the Gift Card page in the Wyze Store.
