Hello my camera flood light is showing purple / pink images and does not work
I tried to request a warranty but it says I’m out of warranty, it’s been 6 months only how can I go by getting a new camera ?
You can try cycling night mode on and off a few times, sounds like the IR filter has gotten stuck.
As long as you have a receipt from an authorized reseller you should be under warranty for a full year. If you don’t have proof of purchase, they may flat out deny it or go by the date of manufacture (which could be long before you purchased). This is standard for most warranties.

I tried cycling the night vision off and on a couple of times. Still no change, I even cycle power to the camera, left it off for a couple hours and still no change. last time I cycle power left it off overnight and it came back to normal this time. It is not. I purchased it through Wyze. Is there a email contact someone for an exchange ? I do like the camera
