Floodlight pro set up

Hello,

While trying to set up my floodlight pro today I ran into an issue when trying to add the flood light pro to my account. It just sits at this screen or restarts the setup aftering failing at this screen.

Any suggestions on what to try? I will reach out to support tomorrow when they are open.

After closing the set up guide it seems the cam was added to my account but remains offline?

Not sure if this is what did the trick or not but I reverted back to the production version of the app and things went much smoother. I was able to successfully connect the camera.

Good to know. I was about to suggest a couple of things, but it sounds like you got it working. We’ll have to keep an eye out for this on the Beta app then.
