Floodlight Cam v2 won't setup in the app

I have two floodlight cam v2. Let’s call them South & North. After downloading the latest version of the app, they weren’t there any more. South one - I held setup button and was able to reload it to the app. North one - tried the same thing and nothing happens. I never get “ready to connect”. solid blue light - setup never starts.

Were you able to get this fixed? I’m on my second V2 as they said the 1st must be defective but my 2nd won’t connect either. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting and it still won’t connect. Never had an issue with any of my cameras until I ordered this floodlight
