Floodlight Pro - No timelapse?

I have been told by the PM that we are still working on this feature, it has not been abandoned.

I feel the same way!! The Pro should have time lapse.

I would really like to see this as a feature as well. Shouldnā€™t this already essentially be there since the camera is a version of a v3 camera? Weird that this was an overlook on the part of Wyze development team for the Floodlight Pro.

I also find it difficult to understand the development lifecycle of Wyze features for their products. This feature request was opened up a year ago and it still isnā€™t something that is available. So sad.

+1 for TimeLapse on my two Floodlight Pro Cameras

@WyzeHongfei please finish this feature.

This is my favorite camera and the only major disappointment I have is that it canā€™t do Time lapse. In the last few months Iā€™ve wanted to do time lapse a few times but my floodlight Pros didnā€™t support it, so I had to move another camera model outside just to be able to do a time lapse like I wanted (for example to capture Halloween festivities, fireworks, storms, removing a tree, property repairs, my kids building their first snow man, etc). All of which I wanted to do a time lapse on my Floodlight Pros, but couldnā€™t.

Iā€™m sure your teams have been kept pretty busy with some other projects and priorities, but I hope itā€™s still true that you would still like to do this:

Please consider this a friendly reminder that lots of us are still dying for this feature to come to fruition.

It wasnā€™t abandoned in January 2024. Hopefully it is still alive.

I find that color night vision is bad at recording fireworks. This is the only reason I still have a V2.

Yeah, the extra light sensitivity can cause more overexposure flaring, but it partially depends on other factors light distance and nearby ambient lighting. I have recorded fireworks both at home and from the nearby highschool fireworks show with V3s and V3Pros and they turn out alright, especially if I crop the video.
