[Fixed at 2:30 pm 2/28]Firmware Upgrade out of service temporarily from 2/28

We are running into a bulk firmware upgrade service issue that may cause a crash on App when clicking the Firmware Upgrade in Account tab, both on iOS and Android. We are trying to fix it ASAP and will let you know once it is resolved. Thank you very much.


What about the Can’t connect remotely with iPhone cellular issue. None of my 5 cameras work on cellular.

Ok correction. All 5 cameras just started working on cellular

There is an open thread about connection issues located below. If you still have issues, please post logs from the app and Wyze Tool so they can add it to help diagnose any issues. There are also some tips from the Wyze team in the thread below.
