Well my Forum friends, we made it to Friday! :grinning: I know we haven’t done an update in a bit, but it is time to get back on track. We will gather new issues for June and have an update with all the issues still on the list and the new ones we add next Friday. If this is your first Fix-It Frida…

Hello everyone, We have been working hard to get some of these issues fixed. Some have made it to beta and some are not quite there yet, if possible there are a few we could use your help with. Here is our list of updates for this week. Forum - Users are not able to connect to Live Stream if they …

Purchased 3 V3 cams off Amazon April 9, 2024 & the same issue of dimmed out “Playback” button (128GBSD cards). I am now out of Amazon return time frame. I have 2 other V3 cams I purchased 12/2022 that do not have this issue (32GB cards). I’ve swapped around SD cards troubleshooting & all SD cards wo…

Sorry. I was supposed to type v2. Brain connection to fingers was faulty. I haven’t moved over my v3s yet. Only my v2s, currently have this issue after moving over to a new router.

I can no longer control the floodlight on the Wyze Cam floodlight v1. The “on-off” floodlight icon still appears in the Android app, but it doesn’t do anything. When I click Accessories/Floodlight, I get a screen to “Add a Wyze Cam Floodlight.” When I click, “I have one installed,” the app says “Uh …

I also have this exact issue on two V3 cameras bought in April 2024. Very irritating. A third camera purchased at the same time works fine however???

Earlier this year I had a V3 camera stolen from outside my previous home that I’m trying to sell. It’s three hours away. I have never tried to hide any of my cameras because I thought if someone was stupid enough to steal one I would have all kinds of video of them in the cloud stealing it. To my…
