Just an FYI to @UserCustomerGwen@WyzeJasonJ --People with both Scale X and Scale S in those initial threads are reporting that this solution does not resolve (in the long term) the recently occurring KG issue that started showing up in December through the present and that it is still coming back on their units.
Examples:
Since the scales worked fine before December and are only recently starting to have this problem, even though there hasn’t been a firmware update for some of them for a very long time, I suspect it might have something to do with an App bug causing the shift.
Mine has been staying on lbs for a couple of weeks now, but I’m just reporting the results from others who indicate it is still happening to them even after trying the UNIT/RESET button as indicated. Thought you should know.
