@mjmgnferro & @stim80, I’ve wondered the same thing while trying to help another Video Doorbell v2 user. Even the RTSP beta app—while it shows an available beta firmware update for my Scale S—is saying that my Video Doorbell v2 is “Up to Date” on firmware version 4.51.2.3419.
LoL I just got the update today after all this time.

I reconnected my Video Doorbell v2 and was able to apply the update today.

Me too. Finally see the upgrade option on my VDB V2.
However, my V4 still no go. The Release Notes & Firmware webpage still doesn’t have option to download this firmware version!

Yeah, my Cam v4s all show “Up to Date” on version 4.52.9.3415 in production app v3.8.7.725. Looks like another s-l-o-o-o-w release.
