File a Warranty Claim

Where do I file a warranty claim? I’ve got 4 cameras that won’t boot – but only one is still under 1 year so I’d like to at least get a replacement for it. I clicked on the request link which took me to the auto chatbot. Answered all the questions, then the bot give me a button: File a Claim. When I click on the button, the bot says, and I’m not kidding, “I don’t have an answer to your question”. Nothing happens. Is this by design? If so, that’s terrible!

I’ve looked at a few “warranty” posts, and so far I still don’t see any link to actually fill out that form.

How can they get away with this?

In all fairness to Wyze, I tried a couple more times and then:

Yeah, you just have to contact support by Phone, email, or chat… They do the warranty claims.

I like the email option because you don’t have to do it during certain hours and can respond to questions on your own time instead of waiting on a call or chat.
