So I have 1 camera but my feed keeps getting deleted and there are gaps in the feed
Can you elaborate some - what you’ve provided is very vague.
This often happens when the camera either has a weak power source and keeps restarting when it tries to pull more power than is available (happens a lot when someone uses long 3rd party USB cords instead of the ones that came with the camera). This particularly happens with pan cameras when they try to use the motor and even sometimes with spotlight cameras. They try to pull more power, but can’t get it, and the camera restarts, causing a gap in the recording.
Or, for cloud events, when there is a connectivity issue (far away, or lots of interference from neighbors or countless other things). This mostly won’t directly affect the SD card recordings though… Though some cameras lose the date and time if they are offline for too long and will record events under a different date and time instead.
