Started happening after 16:05 EDT. All cloud clips from the BCP are unplayable. Live view and SD card playback still work. No issues on cloud clips from other wyze cams. Already tried resetting services and physically rebooting the BCP.

I am sorry about the frustration this is causing, if this is still happening, could you send me a log Wyze App > Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log Then post the log number here and I will have the team look into it.

I am having the same issues, did all the same things, other wyze cams working fine except my 2 BCP.. same time frame!!
