Started happening after 16:05 EDT. All cloud clips from the BCP are unplayable. Live view and SD card playback still work. No issues on cloud clips from other wyze cams. Already tried resetting services and physically rebooting the BCP.
I am sorry about the frustration this is causing, if this is still happening, could you send me a log
Wyze App > Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log
Then post the log number here and I will have the team look into it.

All my events are unplayable due to a connection error to the cloud
I have a few events from overnight and none of them are able to be played back. They all say connection error. Error connection to the cloud. Try fetching any loading the event again. Ive tried all the troubleshooting and the problem persists. I’ve submitted a log. Log# 2041769.

I also just starting having this same issue today with my wireless.
I have the same issue, same time!!
I am having the same issues, did all the same things, other wyze cams working fine except my 2 BCP.. same time frame!!
I’m having the same issue.
It’s definitely a problem. SD card recording/viewing works fine, but cloud events are inaccessible. I’ll send some 2.50.x and 3.8.x app logs and post the Log IDs later today.
Cameras seem to record but I can’t playback video on the web or on my phone
Yesterday I noticed that I was unable to playback video on my app or on the web. This is also the day a new app version for android was rolled out which seems suspicious. I have 4 cameras; this is happening for all of them. I have no SD cards; I have an annual subscription for cloud storage that isn’t due for renewal until 2026. My internet is fine.
All of the cameras appear to be recording events, I see them in the Events tab, and they have time recorded. In the web app when I click them, I get “Unable to load this Event”. When I click an event in my android phone app it either seems to load but is just a still image or I get “failed to load from cloud server”.
All apps and firmware are up to date. I’ve logged out and back in again, I’ve cleared cache. This kind of thing has happened in the past, but never to all cameras at once and never for this long. It’s been two days.
Live video is not impacted.

Same here on my 2 new wireless pros
All other cameras I can view cloud storage
These 2 I can see the events in the list but cannot view with app and get the same error.
Note: web view for these cameras is failing as well. Again I can see the others.
Same issue here.
All other wired cameras can download except battery one. Just bought sd cards and hope they work. Wyze will lose money with subscription if they do.
I submitted a log. # 2042506. I am having the same issue. This is the message and what I’ve attempted to solve the problem.
Battery Cam Pro : connection error. Error connecting with the cloud. Try fetching and loading the event again.
What I’ve done:
Powered off camera and put a freshly charged battery in.
Powered off iPhone
Force closed App
Logged out of App and logged back in.
Checked wifi settings
Playback on SD card works
My other cameras which are not WBP fine
We have found the issue and are implementing the fix now via the cloud. We are sorry for the frustration this has caused and thank you for your patience.

Same issue. Submitted log #2043877
Having the same issue with my outdoor battery cam v2. Started last week. Gone through all the troubleshooting and reset procedures. Can live stream, and it detects motion. Get an error message “Connection Error” and “Error connecting with the cloud. Try fetching and loading the event again.”
